Question from matt

Hello i have some Black Diamond Aspects 176s with 90mm underfoot and Dynafit Radical ST's, will the 90mm crampons be too tight or could they work?

Answer from jbo

Hi Matt, it will be close. It depends on the size of your boot, but most folks should squeak by with those.

Question from Caitlin

Should I get the 88mm or the 90mm for the Atomic Ultimate 85s? Thanks!

Answer from jbo

Hi Caitlin, either would work fine. The newer 90s are a touch lighter and sharper than the older 88s.

Question from ShailCaesar

Just got a pair of K2 Wayback 82s. I have B & D ski crampons for my 90 waisted BD Aspects. I believe the size 90 B & D ski crampons is really 93 mm to allow for comfortable spacing. My question is do I need to get a new pair of smaller crampons for my new 82s? Like the B & D 83mm (which is really 86) or am I good using my existing 90s(93). I'm worried that there will be too much space. Guaranteed the Dynafit 80 crampon is too small right? Thanks in advance! 174cm K2 Wayback 82 w/Speed Turn 2.0/176 Black Diamond Aspect w/Vertical ST.

Hi ShailCaesar, the Dynafit 80s won't work, correct. No need to downsize from the 90s, that's only a few extra mm on either side.

Question from Sand

Will the 110 crampons fit Tyrollia ambition 12 bindings on k2 coombacks 104 and Shreditors 102.

Answer from jbo

Hi Sand, unfortunately not. They are wide enough for the skis but don't fit in that binding.

Question from Gavin W

I just ordered a pair of Dynafit Cho Oyu skis and skins from you guys--stoked to get them out for some PNW spring skiing! But, darnit, I forgot to order ski crampons... My skis are the 166 length and supposedly they are 87mm underfoot. Just wanted to check that the 88mm crampon (Blue 12/13) will work. Obviously the specs say is 1mm wider than the ski...and they are both Dynafit so measurements should be consistent...but I figured it wouldn't hurt to double check :-). Thanks! -Gavin

Answer from jbo

Hi Gavin, unfortunately those rub a little bit due to the ski being a bit wider where the crampon sits.

Will this crampon work on Dynafit third generation model binding? (yes I know they are very old but the handmade love still works and fluorescent colors). Skiing with a 100mm ski.

Hi Pete, we don't have one on hand to verify but the interface hasn't changed much recently.

Question from Bob

You say "This can also be remedied by adding spacers on top of the crampons". Do you sell these spacers? If not, do you know where I can purchase them?

Thanks.

Answer from jbo

Hi Bob, that is a DIY project. Some folks will use TLT Speed Nubbins.
