Question from Jason

I have the Radical ST 2.0, looking for something around 110mm. Is there a best option?
Thanks!

Hi Jason, you can likely fit the 105s around a 110 ski. Next size up is 120.

Question from Jan

Hey,

Wich one of the dynafit breaks do you recomment for a the dynafit speed turn bindings? If its even possible to use one breaks for that kind of binding?

Answer from jbo

Hi Jan, unfortunately there are no brakes designed for the Speed Turn. You could do a universal system such as the Kreuzspitze.

Question from Sean

I have a pair of radical ft I want to mount on a ski that has 85mm waist. The current brakes are 130mm is there a replacement brake new/used that is small enough?

Answer from jbo

Hi Sean, your best bet is likely to get the Radical ST 92mm brakes, and forego the linkage plate to the toe piece.

Question from Jeff

Hello! Need to replace a lost ski brake. Looks to be the Vertical ST. Just not sure what size I need. The ski itself are Black Diamond Havocs, with measurements of 183-88-118, length of 175 if that helps.

Hi Jeff, you want the Vertical 92mm brakes for those.

Question from Aaron

Hi! I have the Fischer (Dynafit) Classic on a 100mm waisted ski. Would one of the Dynafit brakes above work? Looks like the Radical 2.0 is pretty close? Thanks!

Answer from jbo

Hi Aaron, yes the Radical 2.0 105mm brakes would work great.

Question from Doug

I've a broken brake on a Dynafit Radical FT. I'm changing to Nordica Enforcer 100mm ski and remounting. Is it OK to put the Radical FT 110 on that ski ? I don't see a Radical FT 100.
Thanks

Answer from jbo

Hi Doug, yes only 110s are available for that binding, and they would work fine on a 100 waisted ski.

I need a replacement brake for a set of Dynafit - TLT RADICAL FT 2-BLACK - 120mm. Do you have this part available? The spring in the brake that connects to the heel piece on mine is bent and needs to be replaced.

Thanks!

Hi Craig, yes it is listed in the drop list as Radical 2.0 120mm.

Question from Joe

I see another in another answer that the brake swap on the Radical St 2.0 is pretty straightforward. Can I do this at home with normal tools? Or are special tools required? I can't seem to find anything on the web that shows how to do this.

Answer from Nate

Hi Joe,

This task does not require any special tools. Modest mechanical ability and a little attention to detail will make it pretty easy.

Answer from jbo

Hi Joe, no special tools required to move the housing from one baseplate to another, you can do it with a coin. Of course you will need to remount the new baseplate on your skis.

Question from Tessa

Hi

I know this question seems to have been answered but I want to make triple sure before ordering - I have the radical 2.0 ST and need a wider brake (at least 115mm).

Will the radical 2.0 brake listed here fit the radical 2.0 ST and will a dynafit dealer with the right jig be able to replace my old brake (90mm) with the new brake and mount the bindings on my 115mm underfoot skis?

Answer from jbo

Hi Tessa, yes to all the above. Pretty straightforward baseplate swap on the ST 2.0.
