Question from DanM

I have a pair of 2010 Dynafit Zzero4 C-TF boots, and I'm looking for a replacement walk/ski mechanism. Will the part you carry work for that year?

Answer from Trace Leches

Hey Dan! Tough to say for sure but I'd say it's almost definitely compatible! Plus, we have a pretty generous return policy so I'd say the $19.95 is a small price to pay to revamp some boots! If it doesn't work you're welcome to send it back within 30 days unless you mounted it on the boot!

Question from Jay

Hi- I got a pair of TLT6's from you guys a couple years ago but only skied them a few times. After a couple of injured seasons I plan to ski way more this year. Question: Is the cant adjustable on the TLT6? I am also interested in some size 30 soft tongues. Did you already sell out of those for the season? Thanks!

Answer from jbo

Hi Jay, like most boots in this space the canting cannot be adjusted. Unfortunately we don't expect any further availability of tongues in any size.

Question from patrick

The power strap and one of the rivets (the one that holds the strap on) on my Neo PX-CR broke. Would one of the TLT replacements work for this?
11/29/2017
Answer from Trace Leches

Hey Patrick, thanks for reaching out! The hole pattern on Dynafit's powerstraps changes all the time so "No" is a safe assumption, though I believe it's the same as the Mercury/Vulcan powerstraps. You can always get the powerstrap you want and just pop a rivet through it.

Hi Dan, we should be seeing more Vulcan tongues later this fall. Unfortunately we don't have an exact date yet. Happy to reserve you a set if you'd like. Send us an e-mail or call 801-942-9084.

Question from Anamarija

Hello, I have a question regarding PDG Instep Buckle Cord, if I cannot click on it, does that mean you just temporarily don't have it? I lost only the chord while skiing and I cannot find it anywhere. I hope you will be able to help me.
Thank you, best regards!

Answer from Trace Leches

Hey Anamarija, thanks for reaching out! Yup, if it's not in the dropdown menu then it's temporarily out of stock, however we will be getting some in within the coming months. When we break buckles, we generally use Skimo Ski Straps in place of a buckle until it gets replaced! Invaluable on a hut trip or while waiting for the new buckle to show up! I have also seen people make their own buckle cords out of accessory cord.

Question from dub_xion

Hi, I've got the older bright green vulcans with the velcro power strap and thinking of replacing them. Are the Vulcan power straps you carry velcro or more of a cam-lock style? Thanks!
6/10/2017
Answer from Trace Leches

Hey dub_xion, thanks for reaching out. They're velcro. Pop a rivet in the TLT7 power strap though, those are the good cam-locking ones!

Question from Michael

I need to replace the left cuff buckle on my TLT6 Performance (neon green/yellow). I got a Vulcan right cuff buckle from you previously that worked with some filing. I don't see it on the list anymore but I do see the TLT6 left cuff buckle and catch option. I assume that's it. Just looking for confirmation. Thanks, Michael

Answer from Trace Leches

Hey Michael. Glad to hear the Vulcan buckle is working out! Yup, you got it! The TLT6 Left Cuff Buckle and Catch is the lever, the attached cable, and the adjustment catch that bolts onto the front of the cuff.

Hey Rastislav, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately we don't have any in stock at the moment, however, we will be bringing some more in for next season and we do have a few size 30 tongues in that order. Send me an email in August or September and I will be able to put your name on a list.
