These are awesome. Super comfortable. I've been wearing them skiing and around the house non-stop. A little heavy for harder training days here on the coast (where it is warm) but comfortable for training and skiing in the mountains. The zipper cuff fits over my race boots and TLT6s and the reinforced knees and crampon patches are a nice touch. I wish they had a cargo pocket for my beacon but that is my only complain. Fit true to size. Well worth the $.

Well I have started to abuse these anyway. I have over 20,000m of vertical on these now including four skimo races, three days riding the lifts at Whistler, a handful of days in the mountains, and lots of on-piste training sessions and they have not exploded yet! They are actually a lot stiffer than my Dy.N.A. boots. I prefer the rear throw lever over the Dynafit side lever on the Dy.N.A.s - it's quicker and less prone to getting bashed on rocks. It also means cutting fewer holes in your ski suit so less ...

I've quickly shredded two pairs of the standard CAMP Wind Glove now between ski edges and ice axes. I'm happy these have better leather coverage that so far seems to hold up a little better to sharp stuff. The inside palm is reasonably sticky when choking up on a slick ski pole. Still very breathable which is nice but they get wet quick if you are working hard and take a spill or stick your hand in the snow. Summary = These will be in regular rotation alongside my Dynafit race gloves until I shred them. N...

I'm on my second CAMP race pack and, as with much other race gear, I would say it performs very well for it's intended purpose. I keep this pack in reserve for racing, already packed up with shovel, probe, spare clothing, and emergency blanket. Space is not an issue in races so no problem there. It is actually usually pretty empty. Some sort of simple compression system would actually be nice to keep it all tight to the body. Ski carry system works well. The hook is not attached to a bungee and is slightl...

I have been using the Dynafit RC20 pack alongside my CAMP Rapid race pack and am starting to really like it. While it is not light enough to compete with the "true" race packs like the Rapid, it is much more durable and serves well as a day to day training pack. The safety box has never come open on its own and seems pretty solid so is not a real concern for me. Material and buckles seem pretty solid. Pros: Comfortable & durable The side zip is easy to use. Dynafit hook style attachment is easier to use (b...
