On a different note but still on topic: Sometimes, race bindings are hard to get in when they are new and get easier over time as the pins wear where needed. This could also be created by a too little gap which is totally possible to make since mounting a race binding is laser error margin process. To fix the issue of problematic stepping when mounted correctly I have seen Euro mechanics file the pins a bit after mounting new skis - basically, wearing them down right away!

This is a true skimo racing product as it fits well around less than 80mm skis. 4 stars as it is about 8 holes too short for my Huascarans ;)

Forgot something: I don't know what Scarpa is thinking but they don't include the gaiters with these $1800 boots! They are selling them separate for $80! I am just gonna wait to get them somewhere as a draw prize then ;)

I have had this helmet (in grey) for last 3 seasons but bought it second hand so it has been worn more than that. Overall, I am very happy except it could sit little bit higher on my head. Also, in my opinion, it has much better look than most other helmets. Maybe you noticed, Dynafit has the same helmet on offer past year or two but usually with a bigger price tag, but it should be the same one just re-branded.

I have used these now for about 7 sessions and all is as expected. Mostly skied them on very hard/icy snow. Before these I had another 2 pairs of ATK bindings and these are the best of the 3. Weight is also dead on according to my kitchen scale. I will come back with more info as I keep using them but I don't expect major surprises as this is a time-tested binding.
