Voile's Endeavor BC is a practical, fun, and efficient ski for many backcountry pursuits. With a scaled base, the Endeavor BC will cruise through rolling approaches as it doesn't require you to apply skins for mild uphill terrain. When the going does get steep, the ~80mm waist and flat tail lend themselves well to skinning, and a tip notch makes for easy transitions. On the downhill, the Endeavor BC is a substantial ski for its width, offering dampness and confidence when the snow is less than ideal. A wide, rockered shovel allows the Endeavor to float in moderate amounts of powder while the flat, cambered tail finishes turns nicely in firmer conditions. Unlike Voile's Hyper series of skis, the Endeavor is built with telemark bindings in mind, meaning your warranty will not be void if you choose to free-heel on these skis. Whether you're looking for a traverse ski, a fitness ski, or an efficient touring ski to lap your local stash, the Endeavor BC from Voile is your huckleberry.

  • Scaled bases make it easy to access distant terrain with flat and rolling approaches, or make faster laps on mellow slopes.
  • Triaxial fiberglass, poplar, and Voile's carbon weave make a strong ski that can handle any binding, including telemark.
  • Tip notch makes skins easy to rip when you need to put them on.
  • Moderately stiff flex for control in steeper terrain.
  • Optional skins available.

Jose, Voile suggest the 164cm length for 110-150lb skiers.

Question from Diane

Hello,
I am thinking about getting voile back country skis to use with my K2 mindbender grip walk boots. I haven't chosen a binding (may go with dynafit or soloman shift or atomic shift). Are these skis good for both easy, relatively long flat tours and more aggressive steep, rugged back country terrain? I was also looking at the Objective BC.

Answer from a e

Diane, This ski is the new version of the Objective. Yes they are designed for flat and rolling tours. They will ski steeper terrain, for a narrow ski.

Question from Axelle

I'm 5'4 and weigh 110lbs. Mostly looking at mellower backcountry terrain for these since I already have a more aggressive backcountry alpine setup. Planning on pairing with Rottefella Xplore. What size should I go for in the skis?

Answer from eric

Axelle- For that application I would suggest the 157cm ski.

Question from Curt

Howdy,

I’m 6ft 3 and about 200lbs without gear on. I ski over rolling terrain and hit steeper lines in the spring. What length would you recommend in the Endeavor BC? I’m considering pairing with the Voile Transit binding.

Answer from Emmett I

Hi Curt, if you have a stiffer boot I would go with the 184. If you've got a lighter, softer boot, the 178 would be a great adventure ski.
