I've used this pack all season for racing and training ... it's held up great! After heavy use the fabric is beginning to separate a little bit but is not affecting the performance of the pack. The fit is more like a vest than a pack - there is no adjustment for the shoulder straps so it's important to get the correct size. The ski attachment is meant for race skis so if you have wider skis you'll need to do an easy mod to the loop in order to accommodate your skis.

AWESOME update from TRAB - the GARA construction has resulted in a lighter stiffer ski that performs in a wide spectrum of conditions. I've been on the duo world cup for the last couple of years and this ski lives up to TRABs high standards. Hey Aaron... I actually have been using this ski all season and have been able to use my old skins. The new tip has a unique skin attachment but there is also a small notch cut that will accept a "bungie" type of skin attachment. I prefer to use my old skin vs the new attachment due to the fact that if you knock the new tip off it is much more difficult to reattach it with out taking your ski off and stripping/reattaching the whole skin.

I've used a variety of CAMP and TRAB skins over the years and to me this is one of the quickest out right now. Glide testing in a number of conditions this particular skin wins out every time. They are noticeably lighter as well - the backing is thinner and more supple than previous TRAB skins. Added bonus is the glue ... I have been using this skin in CO where traditionally we re-glue our skins right out of the box but the glue has been reliable even on cold mornings below -10. I've never used POMOCA b...
