These are great no frill lightweight bindings. I have them on my powder skis, BD Helio 116. I've been touring almost exclusively on race style bindings for a while now. All of my skinning is in the flap-down riser position and I have not missed either a flat mode or a riser. These have a flat mode but I never use it.

These liners are a great fit for my F1 LT's. My original liners were pretty beat after 2.5 season so I got these as a replacement. My boots are 29 and I got the 29 liners. My feet are on the line between 28.5/29. I have appreciated the extra volume and find them comfortable.
