IMHO, this is the best all-round ski in existence. Paired with the Gara Titan—or even the Gara Titan ST (after slightly bending the ski stopper)—it becomes the ultimate speed-touring combo. Great boots, sole 3mm longer than Race/Black. Very stiff, cuff resistant to twisting as PG advertised. They drive whatever ski you throw at them. Race ski? Freetour ski? No problem. My 29.0 weigh 825g each. Shockingly light given their stiffness, which surpasses Alien RS, F1 LT, Blacklight 1.0 or 2.0 at a fraction of the total mass. The cuff being really open is what makes the boots walk so easily. As Eric stated: close the cuff, pull the pants over the cuff, release. Done.
Done! Skis have arrived, bindings finally have their use. I went for R01 plates as well.
