These binding adjustment plates will add flexibility to your La Sportiva RT bindings. By mounting them between your binding and ski, you will be able to slide your heel piece 30mm to the front and back. This will allow you to use the skis with boots of varying sole lengths and increase the resale value of the skis, as more people could fit in. The flexibility will cost you only 20 grams (0.7 ounces) of weight. The plates are made of aluminum and have dimensions of 100mm x 40mm x 5mm. They also have handy markings on top so you can quickly adjust the fore/aft alignment to previous settings.
