Hi Jbo, thank you very much! Your answer is very clear! So, even in the absence of user error, the possibility of popping out is infrequent but cannot be ruled out. In 30 years, it happened to me twice. Always in spring, steep hard snow, on 90 mm skis. The first time with ATK SLR and no user error for sure, the second time with ATK HR and probably no user error. It never happened with old TLTs on skinnier skis or with ATK RT in softer snow conditions. Thank you for your suggestion. I know Stefano Maruelli....
Hi, If I understand correctly, with this toe, is there a risk that the boots will pop up during a steep traverse, even with the toe lever locked in the uphill position? Is it correct? I'm interested in this binding, but I'm very worried about this situation after a bad experience with another binding. It can be deadly. Is there a toe that ABSOLUTELY doesn't open when in uphill mode?
