Is there any difference between the women's version and the men's, other than color?

I'm not positive, but it looks like the rear baseplate (the part just on top of the adjustment plate) is mounted 180 degrees the wrong way in the photo. Most of the ATK photos have it mounted the other way around.

I found this helmet surprisingly heavy and not well vented. Generally, it didn't seem like a helmet I would wear while going uphill which seems to defeat the purpose. My downhill helmet, an old giro, is better vented with a similar weight. The main reason I didn't like it is it fit my small head terribly. I have the cirque 35 and have used it for about 40 days of skiing and ice climbing. I absolutely love it, mainly because of the simplicity and the innovative opening at the top of the pack. It’s a one step operation to open or close the top so you’re more inclined to pack your stuff well instead of trying to stuff everything into the brain of a normal toploader. I have two minor gripes with it. First off the hipbelt pocket can get in the way of accessing gear loops while climbing so I might just cut it off ...

Is there a definite answer on this? From the description, it looks like it comes with the crampon receptor.
