Hello Carlos, thanks for the reply. As mentioned I’ve got a high instep, actually a kind of bony, possibly arthritic bump at the tarsal/ metatarsal joint on both feet. Local shops’ staff in Flagstaff, AZ have told me a need a high volume boot, but there are limited options for trying on boots locally due to their focus on alpine skiing gear, not AT.
