Installing anti bot…I could swear the included directions show the screws going up from bottom through plastic plate and into the metal crampon frame. Doesn’t make a ton of sense to me and the
Screws don’t feel like they’re getting great purchase in the metal to stay put.

There are different stiffness tongues with the 18/19 backland carbon boots? I just snagged a pair in my size (elsewhere, b/c they weren't available here) and they came with the black tongue. Is there a stiffer tongue, and if so, can skimo get them?
