Super helpful, thanks. If they have dealers in Japan then is another option to carry an empty one for me and have them fill it? Related question: The carbon canister is a non-standard fill valve, correct? I can't just take it to a dive shop and expect them to be able to fill it.

Is there a Japan solution for this? AKA how do I get a filled canister for use in Japan? Ideally the carbon one but at worst steel.
