I own the red Helio 180's which are just these with an adjustment base plate. These are my favorite bindings yet because they're durable, simple, light, and have enough features for me. I'll be replacing my speed radicals with these and although I really enjoy the radicals I will not be looking back after skiing these. Any "race plus" binding is a worthy upgrade in my opinion. The leashes suck and the closure gate broke on the first use but either don't use any or get the B&D leashes.

Great leashes and 100x better than any leash included with bindings. You can put it on in the morning and in most cases won't need to unclip it all day. It is strong, durable and long. My boots (travers cs) do not have a connection point so I ended up putting a keyring on the tongue pull tab on the boot liners. This adds a little bit more distance compared to a normal connection point and eliminates the concern that the leash will be too long as stated in lance j's review. Seriously a great built binding that stands the test of time. I have close to 100 days on these and no signs of slowing down any time soon. Great entry level pin binding for anyone. There are a lot of bindings which are quite a bit lighter that do the job just as well. I found the heel/toe delta (if you don't know what this is, search the Skimo.co site for ...
Great strap that does exactly what you need it to do. Always worthwhile to keep a few spares of these all over... you never know what you'll need 'em for.
Stellar bag. This is the best bag I've used and I've started to use it for a majority of bag needs including climbing, hiking and just general use. 35L is the perfect size for a full day of touring with everything inside of the bag as I prefer to not hang anything off the bag (helmet carrier included). If could definitely go down a size if I decided to keep my helmet in the carrier. Closure system is great and I've learned to love the minimalistic design without tons of pockets everywhere. The "Swing Arm"...
