Blue Ice Choucas Pro Harness

Are you weight-conscious, but unwilling to squeak in falsetto during a puckering rappel because of a harness that squeezes between the kneeses? The Blue Ice Choucas Pro provides! With just a 50-gram penalty over the thong-like Choucas Light, the Pro version adds a little bit more cush in the tush, balancing durability in a still shockingly trim package (ahem - harness, that is). The Pro features some slightly more built-out features, like over-molded loops to better handle racking, four ice clipper loops, a rear haul loop, and reinforced tie-in points. The leg loop opening system has also been improved, making it even easier to put the harness on with skis or crampons. If your objectives require a little more time in the air than the casual pre-work rappel, then the Choucas Pro is for you. Your underside will thank you later.
