Tail clip would be nice, but also want a race tip at the front

I'm looking for skins to a pair of Zero g 80 LT 178cm. The skins will be on/off multiple times on many tours. What skin would you recommend for me? Seems a bit tempting with race tip, but still want grip to be decent on ice/steep terrain, and the glue to handle on/off.
