I'm a bit confused by the ordering options. I have installed Binding Freedom inserts on all my other skis, and would like to on a new pair of skis with a new pair of bindings, but they're out of stock of the appropriate screw lengths (12mm lowhead). According to Chris W's review, you can use BF / QK screws and inserts interchangeably. Is that correct?
Also, do the "Fritschi Vipec Fasteners - $5.95" include all 16 screws (8 ea 10mm smallhead, 8 ea 12mm lowhead)? So I'd just need to order 1 of that item p...

What size do you recommend for a pair of 178 DPS Lotus 120 Spoons? I'm thinking the Medium 140x166-177.
