Does the antiwist base come with mounting screws? If not what length screws are needed? Thanks

I am mounting up speed radicals with a 3.2 mm B&D shim under the tow and the anti rotation piece under the heel. Would I need 15.5mm screws for the toe and 16.5 mm pan head screw for the heel? Thanks
