Hi jbo, has anyone from your team drilled in the plastic to add an instep buckle? I’m wanting to do this I just wanted someone with some mileage to report whether it worked for them long term without any issues of it breaking

Any issues with the shell since the modification? I want to do this mod, and my local ski shop will sell me the parts, but a long time employee at the shop says they won’t do the mod because he doesn’t trust the strength of the shell to drill it.

Is there another recommendation you have since there’s only one in stock? Something with a similar weight and price point preferably, but any other options are welcome since I’d like to try to fix this issue before next season. Thanks.

I want to use the hoji instep buckle and strap to mod my zero g peak carbon boots, size 29.5. I see the instep strap is listed for size “25-26.5”. Any advice on how I can go about deciding if this will be a long enough strap for my needs? Or at a minimum, tell me how long this strap is I guess?

I only see one size now, the 25-26.5… can someone confirm which of these lengths above maps to that size?
