Crux 93 vs. Fischer Transalp CTI 92 pro? I want a volcano/peak bagging/ski crap snow ski. These are the lightest skis I want to go with but which is more versatile? I’m afraid the transalp is going to be too stiff in the tails and won’t release. How about the Crux? Are you locked in to turns if you’re not strictly doing icy hop turns? Thanks!

This ski is amazing! I haven't used it in every condition possible, but it rips. Very intuitive and very stable. The weight vs performance ratio is absolutely perfect! I am 6'2" 205lbs and I got the 185cm length mounted +2cm from recommended. I paired these with the ATK Kuluar SL which is 180g. If you are on the fence, go for it. These skis are worth it.
