Does this pack have an internal frame? If not, how does it do handling heavy loads?

Thanks for your response. Is there a video on how to use the quick carry? I don't understand how solid skis can be carried from both the front and back.........

I'm comparing this with the Dynafit Free 32 pack and curious if either has a good/solid way to carry snowshoes, and also how does the diagonal ski carry work -- is there a video I can watch? Hydration-wise: do both bags have a hole for a hydration bladder tube, or just the 32?
