I appreciate the response! I had a feeling I would be grinding down a 14 or 16mm screw to the correct length, but it’s the head size that doesn’t match the common thread diameter. How can we get the ball rolling on such a project? Do you know which screw I’m talking about here?

The LTR Adjustment screw + nut looks a lot like the screw I would need to mount my Hagan Core 12 EVO's to the R16A adjustment plate thru the 4mm AL14 spacer... I have been unable to source the correct screw for this job anywhere. M6 countersunk screw heads are too large. M5 screws don't fit. Imperial screws aren't the answer either. I've looked everywhere. Even the Fastenal guys have no idea where to get this screw. I believe the one that comes with the R16A adjustment plate is 9.5mm ϕ5.7 t-20 machine scr...
