Thanks jbo. Inspecting closer, looks like I had a failure in the latch backing - plastic broke - and even a crack in the shell.

I generally love this boot - super light on the uphill and stiff enough for a “dad skier” on the down. However, recently the right boot only has been failing on the downhill. The ski/walk mode latch releases when I drive the boot hard and it flexes. This isn’t an ice buildup on the latch issue. Any other ideas and potential fixes? As is the boot is essentially unusable.

I recently bought these skins and the glue seems to be peeling and balling up. They still stick well. Is this normal / expected? Thanks, Tim
