Since these clamp down on boots instead of sticking pins into the rear, is it safe to assume these will work with most grip walk + half tech (just front pin) boots like Fischer RC4 Free Pro?

If I'm looking at images of the freeraider 15 evo correctly, (specifically how the freeride spacer connects with the brake cover) and if I wanted to remove the brakes, would I use the covers included with the brakes, or the covers listed here? or either?

Do the Evo/AP brakeseat covers fit the RT11?

The Speed Shims are marked to fit the RT 11 Evo - are these the AL18 toe shims? ATK only officially lists the AL18 to fit the RT 11 Evo, so I'm wondering if there is flexibility if the speed shims are not AL18
