Do you know what the max width of tail I can fit in the ski carrying strap no this pack is? I’d like to be able to use the pack for race skis as well as my volkl blaze 94.

What the heck is the difference between the Speed and Speedfit series? Dynafit is so annoying. I am looking for a daily touring backpack.

Thanks for your question, Zach. They are exceptionally similar with some small changes. The Speedfit series is designed more for fitness laps at your resort, and as such has an integrated LED light that makes it easier to be seen by cat drivers, etc... The Speedfit 28 also has an additional mesh pocket on the back of the pack compared to the Speed 28. Because of these added features, the Speedfit 28 is about 90 grams heavier than the Speed 28. It may be helpful to see them side by side using our "compare" tool. Overall, if you're doing fitness laps at the resort, the Speedfit 28 might be the best option. If you want a simplistic, lightweight pack for touring, the Speed 28 might be the best option. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
