Mammut Aenergy ST 20-25 Pack
Equally at home on large Spring tours, as it is doing interval training before work, the Mammut Aenergy ST 20-25 is ready to help you move quickly and efficiently through the mountains. With the inspiration for its design taken from running vests, the Aenergy ST 20-25 utilizes two elasticized straps on the front of the chest, comfortably securing the pack against your body and keeping it "bounce-free" while skiing. The front compression strap can be repurposed as a hip belt if you prefer a little more support or are carrying extra weight for extended periods of time. Expanding internal storage is achieved with a roll-top closure, allowing up to 25 liters of space so you can tackle significant objectives without leaving necessary gear behind. The main compartment is easily accessible through the roll top or zippered back panel, helping you locate needed items quickly. The separate safety compartment has a unique orange pull tab connected with two vertically placed zippers, allowing the user to simply pull the tab vertically to quickly access their shovel and probe. On the outside of the pack, an integrated helmet holder, ice axe and pole loops, and rope attachment system allow you to bring along whatever is required to have a fun and safe adventure. The Aenergy ST 20-25 is an intelligently designed vest-style pack that will easily match your fast and efficient mentality.

Questions & Reviews
One advantage to the Mammut pack is the presence of A-Frame ski carry straps in addition to the quick-carry. This will allow you to carry skis in a more secure fashion while climbing/booting extended sections. You can also add a hip belt! One other advantage, depending on user preference, might be the roll-top closure which I think would offer a bit more capacity over the Cirque pack. I also quite like how quick and easy it is to access the avy compartment on the Mammut pack.
