Ortovox Tour Light Glove - Women
Every several years a new radical idea emerges from the darkness of the outdoor industry. What if, instead of having a pair of bulky thick gloves making you sweat on the way up and then making your hands freeze, you had just the right amount of wind resistance, water resistance, and durability? Well, Ortovox designed the Tour Light Women’s glove to be just that. Featuring a highly breathable water-resistant outer material the Tour Light Glove is just about as simple and effective a glove as you can get. Sticking with Merino Naturetec Light Material, Ortovox combined merino wool and polyamide to create and durable and soft-to-the-touch insulation with a great warmth-to-weight ratio. A handy pull-on aid helps get your digits back in the gloves a lot easier, and a reinforced goatskin palm gives extra durability and grip when needed. Touring gloves do not need to be complicated, and the Ortovox Touring Light Glove is built to be reliable in just about every variety of conditions and terrain.
- Water and wind resistant for maximum comfort while skinning.
- High-quality Naturetec Insulation to keep the fingers warm
- Handy Pull-on aid because sometimes gloves are hard to get on.
- Goatskin palm because goats have great grip and so should you.
- How many times can we mention they are breathable?

Questions & Reviews
These work really well for touring - breathable, comfortable, and give good protection from wind and snow. I love the integrated/fused merino lining. I don’t know how that technology is happening, but it’s perfect. Nice soft merino inside to add good wicking and comfort without adding bulk/weight/too much warmth. The goat skin grip is nice, and I love the reinforced index finger knuckle! It’s a spot that wears out when you’re putting in uphill miles with poles. I have great dexterity, and have no problem with boot buckles, jacket zippers, using my phone, etc. Additionally, the easy on pull loop thing is clutch, and the detail of it being high vis orange is really useful when your black gloves are buried deep in your black pack with all your other black gear.
I use these for all fair weather days in bounds as well.
