THESE BOOTS SUCK!!!
I bought a pair of these in Europe last season before they were available in the US. Typical euros...so pretentious!
Look bro, they only have 2 buckles. I've seen you huck those cliffs man...and anything short of 5 buckles just won't handle your awesomeness.
And no way latex skimo dude...they are way too heavy for you, monsieur. You deserve 100% French carbon fiber for your petite feet.
Like I said: don't buy these boots. Especially if you wear a size 30.0. I'm going to do the world...

After trying to fix a problem that didn't exist--in this case pre-waxing my Pomoca skins with my usually trusty Contour glide wax--I spent 2 tours fighting glop in relatively cool dry snow. After trying BD Globstopper on my next tour didn't help either, I thought I might have to retire my fairly new Pomoca skins. I got this stuff as a desperate last resort but it worked amazingly well.

Hi Skimo folks,
The lean lock/locking lever screw keeps falling out. I lost one touring and one simply on the approach (hiking with the boots on my pack). I know this is a well documented problem but didn't see a solution mentioned after a quick scan through all the comments. I've about had it--and Scarpa customer service hasn't helped out by sending new screws despite several emails to them. I imagine you guys have a good work-around? Do you just recommend a screw from the hardware store with a locking nu...
