For what it's worth,
Hoji does say that "the TLT 5 and 6 were the examples for the last on the ridge" and that "the last volumes are based on the TLT series"

I concur with Hayden.
When doing a shell fit, I find that the gap behind my heel more closely corresponds with BSL and not mondo. Thus, in the case of these two boots, the BSL is a better indicator of internal length than Mondo.

My experience with the LT was such that punching would not get me the space I needed. What little width I could get, lead to less vertical volume...
Considering the difference in plastics between this and the LT... Do you anticipate the GT being a bit easier to punch?
