Auftriib Cramplifier
Back in 1313 B.C.E., Moses wished he had the Ten Commandments plates to ascend Mt. Sinai. Instead, he famously postholed an epic to the summit where God descended from the heavens and bestowed upon him the Auftriib Cramplifiers. "Thou Shalt float up fat couloirs - with heretofore unparalleled security," he said. Held to boots via auto- or semi-automatic crampons (required for use), these celestial plates bite and float on fresh snow, turning the toughest ascent into a stairway to heaven. Made from a recyclable polypropylene, the plates can be modified with cutting or sanding tools if needed and are compatible with most crampon types. Finally, they are ergonomically designed with a left and right foot for an intuitive stride, eliminating ripped pant cuffs forever.

Although the plates are asymmetrical, they sit pretty close to being perfectly flush when stacked.
Can mostly sum up to one thing. Neither have any teeth or other gripping device. So without the crampons, they can be very slippery. Best to use with crampons.
