Question from Anna

Hi, is this ski designed for men specifically? Or would it be okay for women as well. I'm 5'5" and 145lbs, advanced skier. Looking for something lightweight for uphill exercise inbounds, but also going to be strong enough to ski in deeper snow.

Answer from jbo

Hi Anna, there is nothing particularly manly about the design of the Radical 88, but there is a women's version with a different topsheet and available lengths. Neither are demanding and do great on firm snow with decent float in the deep stuff.

Question from Joseph

I am contemplating radical 88 ski set vs. Seven summits set. Which has lower camber and quicker turns. Also what is the weight difference. Thank you

Answer from Jeff

Joseph, Both skis have an average camber and similar 20M turn radius. The Radical 88 is a stiffer, nearly full side wall ski that carves very well on firmer snow. It would be the Much better spring ski. If you are looking for a more playful ski, look at the Ripstick 88
