Plum Race 130 Binding
The Plum Race 130 joins Plum's race-binding lineup as the big brother binding to the Race 120. In fact, the Race 130 is just a 120 with the titanium u-spring swapped out for a steel one. While this increases the weight by about 10 grams, it stiffens up the vertical release a smidge and allows Plum to offer the Race 130 at a lower price point. The Race 130 can be equipped with a crampon receptor for icy mountaineering or a race brake to meet ISMF racing regulations, and Plum generously made it very easy to swap between the two. All in all, the Plum Race 130 is a great entry-level race binding for everything from race skis to ultralight setups of all kinds.
- Steel U-spring is stiffer and more resistant to wear than the titanium spring on the Race 120.
- Compatible with both crampon receptor and race brakes (though not at the same time).
- Two-year warranty means you can ski with confidence.
- Heel can be rotated to a flat mode for touring on level trails.
- Beginner-friendly pricing for expert-level performance.
