I purchased a first generation Spectre and would like to lengthen the 3rd and 4th buckle positions on the boot to allow more room for calf muscle. Longest setting is too tight; please, advise on what parts may be needed to do this. Is there a way to replace just the rivet and steel wire with a longer wire for same functionality? There is nothing wrong with any of the buckles. Thanks!
