I am looking for a replacement buckle for for my La Sportiva Sparkle Boots. The wire is fraying badly. It is the second buckle up from the bottom (I guess this would be the instep buckle?). Is the Pegasus Instep Buckle the correct piece?
Also, do you sell the white plastic buckles for the tail of the Pomoca Climb Pro S Skins?

La Sportiva Boot Parts
This is the place to find replacement boots parts for La Sportiva ski boots. You can also use some of these parts on other boots if you’re in a mod’ing mood. Sportiva uses a numbering system for their buckles, whereby "position 1" means a toe buckle, counting upwards to "position 4" which means the top cuff buckle on four buckle boots. Most of these parts are sold individually unless otherwise noted.
Pegasus Buckles - Replacement buckles for the Spectre and Sparkle boots. Simple lightweight buckles that can be adapted to other boots as well. Catches are sold separately.
Pegasus Buckle Catches - The catches for the Pegasus buckles described above.
Sparkle Lower Buckle pos1 - Buckle that goes across your toe.
Sparkle Upper Buckle pos4 - Buckle that is the upper most buckle on the cuff of the boot.
Vega Ski/Walk Mechanism - Complete replacement of the ski walk mechanism including lever, catch, and latch. Sold in left or right configurations.
Vega Toe Buckle pos1 - 1st buckle at the toe of you boot.
Vega Instep Buckle pos2 - 2nd buckle up from the toe over your instep.
Vega Lower Cuff Buckle pos3 - 3rd buckle up from the bottom. Lowest cuff buckle that tightens around the ankle.
Vega Upper Cuff Buckle pos4 - Top buckle on the upper most part of the cuff.
Vega Catches - Numbered upwards from position 1 (toe) to 4 (upper cuff) to match buckle numbering. Sometimes with left or right designation.
Sptifire Ski/Walk Mechanism, Right - Cuff and buckle with cable for the ski/walk mechanism on the right boot.

Hi List, yes that is the instep buckle and it is Pegasus-flavored. The tail clips aren't sold individually but we have full tail kits here. Choose Back Fix Tail Clip.

Hello
Is there a replacement for the yellow plastic piece that is attached to the spring that locks the heel down (takes it out of the walk mode)? That broke on me along with a few buckles , Cant bolt and a wire.

Hello:
Considering a mod for the instep buckle of my Dynafit Mercury. Looks like the toe buckle for the Pegasus may be the right length. Do you have any kind of specific measurement, like the mounting bolt to far catch hole?
I would need two pairs including the catches. What would that cost? (Don't see the catches above).

Hey Keith. I think you may be on to something! The measurement from the center of the mounting hole to the center of the far catch is 113mm. This was measured with the buckle in the closed position and at the maximum length adjustment range of the barrel adjuster. If the length is too great you can tighten the barrel adjuster and get it down to about 100mm from center to center.

I had the cant bolt fall out of my Spectre 1.0 boot. It was lost in the snow. Can I get a replacement from you guys ? I'm also needing a buckle replacement (over the instep, second from the toe). I've also broken both tongues along the side where the black flex point is... Though, the cant assembly is the only piece I can't ski without.

The exact thing happened to me, I am currently waiting for La Sportive to respond to my letter. I was stuck in ski mode and when I pulled the plastic back to look at the mech. The plastic gear and a spring fell out. I bought the boots last spring, very sad!

Hi Lars, it's hard to say what length you need with a custom tongue. Since you can place them anywhere, it might not matter. In general, the lower down on the boot, the shorter the wire and the less the buckle protrudes from it's axis.

I have a pair of siderals that I bought used. I t is my understanding that these boots originally came with a set of 2 or 3 plates that could be interchanged in order to increase or decrease the amount of forward lean. however my boots only came with one set of plates. I am wondering if it is possible to order a set of replacement plates or ideally just the plate that gives the least amount of forward lean. thanks

I need a longer cable than stock for the lower buckle on my mondo 27.5 Siderals (not the 2.0). Are you still able to get them? Or are they available anywhere?..

Hi Patrick, after investigating, I found Sportiva had a few more and they should be on the way. There is a bigger one for 28-29.5 boots and one for 30-31.5.
