Dynafit Ridge Pro Boot - Women
If you've read any of our other Ridge boot descriptions, you know by now that we are quite excited about this platform. Not only does it walk exceedingly well, it skis exceptionally well, boasting a high performance-to-weight ratio. Unlike its smaller sister, the women's Ridge Pro boot uses carbon fiber in the cuff instead of fiberglass, reducing weight and increasing stiffness. As with the other iterations, the Hoji Walk mechanism eliminates virtually any cuff play while making transitions lightning-quick. The Floating Tongue, while not adding any meaningful amount of buoyancy, allows for the tongue to move with you while skinning, allowing for an efficient 70° range of motion. The Vibram sole provides traction for slippery surfaces while the Twistfit Closure System allows for the boot to be snugged comfortably and securely across the instep. As a rad boot for rad women, the Ridge Pro is all about skiing hard far from the trailhead.
- Twistfit Closure System allows the boot to be comfortably snugged across the top of the foot.
- Floating Tongue moves with you as you skin, allowing for an extremely efficient 70° range of motion.
- Vibram sole provides confident traction in slippery terrain.
- Hoji Lock system creates a burly ski platform while allowing for fast transitions.
- Liner is made from ultralon foam, allowing for a comfortable and customizable fit.
