The Dynafit Blacklight Pro binding is purpose-built for those who want an adjustable and light binding that will take them to the farthest summits. Designed around 11mm of rearward heel travel and fully adjustable release, Dynafit took great care to ensure rough and tumble descents aren't rough on you. The Easy Entry System makes entry into the toe piece seamless, perfect for putting on your skis on steep slopes. The Quick-In Crampon Slot will make springtime (icy) traverses less terrible, while the Speed Step Climbing Aid sounds fancy and works as you'd expect, lessening your climbing effort. Compared to its sibling, the Blacklight Pro features a more ergonomic toe lever and a full metal toe piece. From everyday powder harvesting to springtime traverses, the Blacklight Pro binding from Dynafit is perfect for those who want a light, adjustable, and reliable binding for their backcountry skiing adventures.

  • Fully Adjustable Release and elastic heel travel improve retention and smooth your ride.
  • Easy Entry System makes stepping into the toe piece nice and, well, easy.
  • Ice Breaker Toe Pins help keep the boot-binding interface functional in manky snow.
  • Quick-In Crampon Slot makes working with ski crampons easy and painless.
  • Toe lever is easily manipulated with ski poles to help save your back.

Question from Eric

I’m curious if the brakes are powerful or not. Akin to the Radical? Or more like an ATK or other light (and maybe not that useful) brake?

Answer from Will McD

Hi Eric, testing how much force it takes to lift the brakes by the feet, they felt pretty similar in strength to the Radicals. So on the stronger end of AT binding brakes.
