MTN Women’s Heel Springs - The softest heel springs for the Salomon MTN or Atomic Backland binding. Sold as a pair.
MTN Men’s Heel Springs - Pair of the middle release-value springs for the MTN and Backland bindings.
MTN Expert Heel Springs - Set of the stiffest springs which control both lateral and vertical release on the MTN and Backland bindings. Experts only!
MTN Brake Mounting Screw - The screw and washer that's required to keep the MTN and Backland brake held onto the ski.
MTN/Backland Tour Toe & Heel Screw Set - A set of 4 screws for mounting a toe or heel from a Backland Tour or MTN Pure.
Shift Toe Lug Screw - The 5th screw and washer that's required to mount the Shift toe piece onto your ski.
Shift Rear Toe Holder Plus Screws - A pair of plastic holders plus screws for holding the rear of the toe piece down.
Shift Toe Screw - The two 10mm screws towards the back of the toe used to attach the MNC plate of the Shift binding.
Shift Heel Screw - The 16.5mm screws used to attach the heel of the Shift and the two screws in the middle of the toe of the Shift.
Shift Window x2 - Sold as a pair. These are the windows for generation 1 Shift bindings with a raised bump to help position the lock lever.

The Atomic Beta 10.20 is a heavy resort ski. It will take its toll on the skin track. If you have the funds available, it will be well worth the money to invest in a lighter ski for the backcountry. For ski options, or other questions, reach out to help@skimo.co!

Hi Tin,
Unfortunatley, the shift uses proprietary mounting screws. Each toe mounts with a Shift Toe Lug Screw, two 16.5 mm flat headed screws (which we unfortunately don't carry) and two 12.75mm flatheads that are included with the Shift Rear Toe Holder with Screws. Each heel mounts with the 4 screws included in the Shift Heel Screw Set, which are 17mm flatheads.
If we don't have some screws that you need, shoot us an email at help@skimo.co and we can see about getting some in or working out an alternate solution.

Thanks for your question, Markus! It sounds like the heel risers are worn down where they contact the tapered pin, resulting in them being a bit loose. There isn't currently a fix for this, however, if you tap the pin out you may be able to take up space and snug up the interface. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

I had this issue on my MTNs. A couple drops of green Vibratite helped snug them up nicely. Apply, wipe away the extra, and let it cure. They were extra tight after that. Flip them over back several dozen times to break them in and they seem as good as new now.

Salomon has issued a new DIN window on the Shift binding to keep the toe lever locked while skinning. Apparently, the part number is L41636600+ (in Europe). Apparently, one can do this fix at home. The DIN window has "bumps" on either side of the window to help keep the toe lever elevated. Can you get these?

Installed my Shifts and the sliding screw retainers on the AFD plate cracked on one side. I was still able to install the bindings completely, but do you think I should replace the plastic that cracked? I cant recall if there is metal under that plate.

We do not sell the Backland or MTN heel pieces separately, but I do suggest reaching out to the retail shop you purchased it from or the manufacturer directly to see if they can help you with a warranty. If you purchased the binding from us, email us at help@skimo.co and we can help you start the warranty process and see if it is something the manufacturer covers.
