The Kuluar bindings from ATK were built to provide the perfect weight-to-feature ratio for those who want a svelte yet functional binding. Compared to lighter race bindings, the Kuluar has an adjustable lateral release that allows you to crank it up (or down) to match your skill. The Elastic Response System allows the heel piece to slide aft on the base plate, helping prevent unwanted release in compression scenarios. The push-button brakes are easy to operate and have a fighting chance at stopping a runaway ski; or, opt for no brakes with the LT version. ATK offers a cornucopia of binding models, and the Kuluar with Brakes is the exact combo to meet many intrepid adventurers' needs.
- Alu 7075, Stainless Steel, and POM make up a hardy construction.
- 20mm of BSL adjustment accommodates your boot quiver.
- Elastic Response System compensates for ski flexion if you bottom out on a landing.
- Included crampon receptor can be removed for additional weight savings.
- Easy Entry System makes stepping into the toe piece a breeze.
- Available with multiple release ranges.

Questions & Reviews
Oh, I previously had the Titan vario which releases on the uphill, but never had problems on the downhill and the atomic mtn 12 binding (no problems). Thanks.
Great question! We'd love to help you get your setup dialed in, so please email us at help@skimo.co to dive deeper into specifics.
We can set you up with that. Shoot us an email at help@skimo.co, and we can get you sorted out :)
Can you sub in a 108 push button brake?
How wide a ski will the 102 accept?
Thanks!
The vertical release on the Kuluar 9 is approximately 8-8.5, and the Kuluar 12 is approximately 9-10. Keep in mind that the measured release value will vary with your bot sole length!
We can swap a brake for you - if you're interested, reach out to us at help@skimo.co! I would say the 102mm brake will fit a ski up to approximately 105mm.
