Demo Skis
From time to time we sell used demo skis, previously mounted new skis (from canceled orders, e.g.), and new sample skis that we obtained as part of our worldwide search for quality lightweight ski gear. We offer great deals, typically selling at or below our cost. We got to see them, you get to ski them. Win, win!
All demo skis come with a limited 90-day warranty covering manufacturer defects, but not rock damage or other abuse. If you find the bindings won't adjust to your boots and/or you can't work around existing drill holes, the skis can be returned unused within 10 days.

Yes, we would plug all the holes.
If you are interested in getting them, reply back and we can have the shop verify.
I think they would give you more stability and confidence on the downhill! The Free/Radical 97 is on the heftier side for its width, and it is a fairly forgiving ski on the downhill while still being a good performer. I think it's a great option for developing skiers! The rocker lines make it easy to turn, and the little bit of extra mass goes a long way towards dampening the ride.
Assuming you're referring to the 62 Vert? They're a great option if weight is your top priority and you don't mind skiing conservatively. They've got a super long 31m turn radius to help them track well skinning, but they aren't much fun to ski. And bear in mind that many skimo races don't allow vert skis for individual races. The Blacklight would be a lot more versatile if you don't mind the weight, and they have a shorter turn radius so they'll behave more like a normal ski.
I think that would be a great setup for you! The Blacklight is quite a bit stiffer than the Ibex, but shares some similar characteristics in that it's easy to initiate turns, lightweight, damp for the weight, and a similar waist. For your size and weight, and your use, it sounds like a great match.
Your BSL would put you forward less than a cm from the recommended line, which shouldn't be a problem, especially on a 184cm ski.

Also- Got the female version in the mid size?
What boot size are they mounted for? Can they be adjusted for a slightly different boot size?
Thank you
They are mounted with an ATK R01 plate which has 30mm of adjustment. They may be able to fit your boots depending on how long your BSL is. If you are 26.5-28.5, there is a good chance it could work, but shoot us an email (help@skimo.co) with your actual boot and BSL (stamped on the side of your boot heel) and we can check for you.
Also I have a pair of pdg's I would be wearing with these with a length of 309mm would they fit? Thanks
The BD Cirque 78 would be a great choice. And has light race bindings that will work with your BSL.

I have fatter, more float-friendly skis, so what I am looking for is a light and small set up that I could use when others are classic skiing or when I get out in conditions that do not require the heavier/fatter skis. I appreciate your input and speedy responses.
Do these come w bindings? If so, which ones? Will the fit 24.5 Dynafit Radical Pro boot.
Buying for myself as a woman’s touring set up (though will use in resort too). I’m almost 5’4” and 120 lbs.
I actually this this setup may be the one I rented from Skimo Co last Jan, lol! I really hope so bc I loved that set up!
These don't come with bindings, they were previously mounted with a Fritschi Tecton. The boot they were mounted for were much bigger than yours so you'll need to drill new holes.
These would make for a great hybrid touring/resort ski. They might feel a bit long in soft snow and general touring, but all depends on your skiing style. On hardpack, with less of the edge digging into the snow, they'll be perfect.
I'm wondering if the Black Diamond Cirque 78 would fit a pair of 24.5 boots. Also, do you think the 169 cm size would be appropriate for a 5'10" tall person? I'm looking for a lightweight spring ski mountaineering ski
Thanks.
I participate in some Rec. class skimo races, and also do significant spring backcountry skiing with variable conditions. I currently use the Voile Objective (171cm) I purchased through you.
I'm wondering about trading out the Objectives for the new DPS Pagoda Tour 90 ski. My thinking is that the Tour 90 would handle the variable conditions much better and only adds 1 lb/ pair ski weight. Since I only Rec. race, I'm not that obsessed with weight.
Please let me know your thoughts. If you recommend the Tour 90s, what length would be appropriate, 171 or 178 (I'm 6' and 165lbs.)?
Thank you for your help.

In regards to variable conditions, the Pagoda Tour 90 makes for a fine choice. This ski benefits from unique and impressive construction materials resulting in fantastic dampness, typically found in resort skis. Continuing, the famous shape of the ski lends itself to versatility, making it a great option for a variety of snowpacks. It may not be a common choice for races, but from a recreational perspective, it'd work! As far as length goes, I suggest it'd ultimately come down to personal preference and priorities. Noting that the Pagoda Tour 90 skis "shorter" due to their shape, the 171cm will obviously be more uphill efficient at the cost of downhill performance. The opposite holds true for the 178cm. In summary, it's difficult to compare the Pagoda Tour 90 to the Objectives as they exist in slightly different categories. Regardless, the Pagoda Tour 90 makes for a great choice for many different types of skiing. Thanks!
I noticed you have a used DPS Pagoda Tour 112 on sale for $799 under your used skis.
I currently have the DPS Wailer 112 RP from 2011. Would the DPS Pagoda Tour 112 be an upgrade from what I currently have, that is, does it ski better and climb better?
Would this skis' pre-drilled holes for G3 Ion bindings hinder putting on Dynafit Speed Radical bindings on the ski?
Thank you for your time.
Mark
Bindings, you will have to get a bit creative with placing the heel to avoid holes. But the mounting plate in he new DPS skis is Very solid, no problem drilling extra holes.
Would it be possible to send me some pictures of the setup and its current condition?
Thanks,
Miie
