If you've ever tried to skin up a steep, blank, icy face without ski crampons, you will immediately appreciate the value of the security they provide. By plunging into hard snow ice, the crampon teeth add grip when skins don't make full contact or you're slipping downhill. Whether you are chasing someone up a greasy skin track in the winter or trying to time the corn cycle in the spring, the Dynafit Ski Crampons will have you covered. Sold in pairs.

  • "Classic" Style: Traditional, slide-in-from-the-side crampons that will work with most bindings with "Dynafit-style" receptors.
  • "Quick In" Style: Same compatibility as the Classic Style with the ability to drop-in vertically on certain newer* Dynafit bindings for faster and easier attachment.
  • Machined with grooves that provide strength but keep the weight down (weights listed below).
  • Available in 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm, 120mm, and 130mm sizes to fit the width of your ski.

* Drop-in attachment works on the Dynafit DNA, Mezzalama, Ridge, Seven Summits, and future Dynafit bindings.

** Please note that ski crampons work best with low-heel riser settings. Since your boot is what drives the teeth into the snow, very high riser positions will result in a shallow purchase for the teeth. This can also be remedied by adding spacers on top of the crampons, which has the obvious drawback of adding weight.

Size Weight Measured Width
80mm 89g 81mm
90mm 91g 91mm
100mm 100g 100mm
110mm 105g 111mm
120mm 110g 120mm
130mm 117g 130mm

Question from Magdalena Gruendl

I have a Dynafit Rotation binding and the Dynafit 90mm crampons, that should fit width-wise. How do I use/mount the crmapons to/with the ski?
2/21/2020
Answer from Teddy Young

Hello Magdalena, thanks for reaching out! The crampon slot is towards the rear end of the toe piece. Hold the ski crampon vertically, slide the silver metal bar into the crampon slot until the crampon is centered, and then allow the crampon to rotate down and rest on the top sheet of the ski.

Question from Alex L

Hello, What is the actually outer width of the 100 and 110mm? I know the crampons are wider than the listed inner width. I have M equipment Medijo bindings and trying to fit the crampon between the ski brake and ski sidewall. Thank you.

Answer from TSB

Hey Alex, that's a tough ask! The 100 and 110 'pons measure out at 120 and 125mm external width, respectively (confusing, I know). The 90mm measure out at 97.5 external. Hope you find something that works!

Answer from Ed H

Alex, i just ordered 100mm skis with the Medjo binding. I am planning to use crampons with mine too. Are you aware of the Meidjo crampon interface for attaching Dynafit crampons? if you know of this interface, is there a problem with it?
3/24/2020
Answer from Alexander L

Yes I have the clip adapter for crampons on both my bindings as well as brakes. No issues with the adapter other than a little wear on the rubber for the boot sole. The trick to run both is to either get crampons go on the outside of the brakes or between the brakes and the side walls. I waited until I had my skis so I could measure out the clearances

Question from Ian Wachters

Which ones would you recommend for the VTA 98 skis? 100 should be possible but you have only 1mm space left which seems very tight. Should I better go for the 110?
1/29/2020
Answer from Jeff M

Ian, the 100 will be OK. That size works with 100 mm skis with a hair to clear.

Question from tony

which crampon for the ski trab mistico's? 90 underfoot. 90 or 100?
1/21/2020
Answer from TSB

Hey Tony! You should be good with the 90mm ski 'pon if you're on the 171, 178 or 185 Mistico (90mm or less underfoot) and you're mounted at boot center on the ski. If you want an extra 1mm of clearance, check out the 91mm ATK ski crampon, which is also 27g lighter and looks like a piece of the Batmobile.

Question from Boris

Will the 110mm fit a Katana VW (112mm) ?
Will they work with an ATK R12 2020 ?
Thanks !
1/11/2020
Answer from TSB

Hey Boris, we are not carrying the Katana (we prefer Half Blades to full-length steel) but I would bet the 110mm would be a tad too small. The 120mm version might be better, and would be fully compatible with your ATKs.

Question from Dave

Will these ski crampons fit a Marker Kingpin 13 binding?
1/11/2020
Answer from TSB

Hey Dave, you are looking for the Marker ski crampon!
1/12/2020
Answer from David W

I have the Volkl BMT 122 which is a 122mm width ski. Marker only makes a 120mm wide ski crampon for the Kingpin 13. That is why I asked if these Dynafit ski crampons (130mm) fit the Kingpin 13. Especially since the Marker crampon for the Kingpin 13 looks very similar to these Dynafit crampons.
1/13/2020
Answer from TSB

Hey Dave, you're correct that the bar system on the Kingpin 'pon is almost identical to the Dynafit bar system. However, the Marker 'pons are machined slightly differently, with a lower profile rivet head on either end of the attachment bar, allowing them to slide through the binding crampon attachment effortlessly. You might be able to buy the Dynafits and grind down the attachment bar, but no guarantees.

Answer from David W

Thanks TSB. I have reached out to Marker for some help as well - but I may buy these Dynafits and try to mod them as you suggest.

Do these work with Plum guides? Also my skis are measured just about 90mm underfoot, how much wiggle room is there on the 90mm crampons/should I size up?
5/15/2019
Answer from Jeff M

Sheel, NO they will not. Plum has their own Plum crampon . A 90mm will work up to 91 or 92, but you don't want to cut too close.

Hi Jeff,

In theory yes, in practice I find the BDs edges are squared but I think you'll be fine with the extra mm on either side.

Hi Frank, not ideal but you shouldn't have too many issues with a slightly oversized crampon.
