Hey Thomas, thanks for reaching out and send a photo! The Radical FT brakes are no longer available, but the Radical ST brakes should work perfectly for you!

Hey I have a broken brake on my Dynafit Bindings. I bought them in 2018 and I think they’re the Radical ST 2.0 but not completely sure. Which brake would I need for a 102mm underfoot ski?
Hey Jeff, thanks for reaching out! Send us a few photos at "help@skimo.co", and we'll see if we can find some parts that will work for you!

Do you know if TLT brakes are compatible with ST Radicals? My brakes on ST radical are to narrow to fit on my skis therefore I'd like to buy TLT brakes that do fit, will this work?
Hey Drew, thanks for reaching out! What is the waist width of your ski? Send us a few photos of your bindings to "help@skimo.co" and we'll see if we have the brakes you need!

Hello I was looking to repair this brake, I am unsure of its current model I believe it is the radical FT 2.0. The ski is 117 mm under foot. Should I order the radical FT 130 mm? or the ST rotation 120?
Hey Thomas, yes that's the Radical FT 2.0. The ST Rotation 120 will be the one you'll want to go with!

Hello,
I accidentally ordered the Dynafit ST Rotation 10 in 135mm but I need the 90mm. Can I just order the ST Rotation 90mm brakes/base plate and replace the current 135mm heel piece with the 90mm?

Answer from
Krystle M
The 135mms are already mounted onto my skis. I am wanting to know if the holes will line up or if the shop will have to make new holes?
Hi Krystle, whoops! You'd think the installer would give you a heads up. But yes, the 90mm baseplate/brake assembly fits in the same holes as the 135. It does require unmounting the heels from the ski to do the swap.

Well I think the language barrier as I’m in Germany didn’t help! I’ll order the 90s now!! Thank you!!
I just purchased a 105mm underfoot ski and want to swap my 2016 Dynafit Radical FTs over from my other setup. The current brakes are 120mm, which I know is too wide. Since the FTs are discontinued, is there another brake that is compatible with that binding? Or do I need to replace the bindings completely?
Also, what's the ideal brake width for a 105mm ski?
Hi Joseph, for the original Radical FT (we call them 1.0), you would want the 110mm brakes. However, if your current brakes are 120mm, that makes me suspect you actually have a Radical FT 2.0, since that brake width exists with the 2.0 and not the 1.0. If that's the case, you would want the 105mm Rotation brakes.
If you want to be certain which model you need, please send us a photo of your binding! help@skimo.co

Thanks for the quick response! I'm not positive on the exact model since I can't find the old receipt, but I measured the brakes again and they are indeed 120mm.
Hi Adam, not quite! I would be best to go with the 105s.

Hi there,
I have a Dynafit Radical 2.0 with the 105mm brakes. I know that they can accommodate a ski up to 110mm - my skis are 111mm. Can the 105 brake be worked in this instance or do I need to swap out for the the 120mm brake (which I'm then worried about sticking out?).
Great question! Those brakes are typically a bit wider than stated so the 105mm should work on the 111m. And it if it doesn't, you should be able to bend those brakes just the slightest bit.
Hello. I have the Fischer Tour Classic Tour Binding w/ 105 brake (T70315). My research says these are identical to TLT Radical ST by Dynafit. I am looking to mount these w/ 105 brakes on Fischer Transalp Carbon 90. I believe it may be necessary to replace the brakes (opinion?). I am confused as to what break to buy. Looking at your images for Dynafit Parts images on skimo, it looks like I should buy the "ST Rotation 90" and the photo looks much more like my brakes / base vs. the photo for the Radical ST, 92. Really appreciate your help on this. Thank you.
Greetings, Mr. Ski Free or Die! Fischer has put out a few different Tour Classic bindings rebranded from Dynafit, if could you potentially send us a photo of your particular binding at help@skimo.co we can get you sorted out with the right brake for your Trans-White Mountain skis.
Thanks for your question! Since you're moving the binding down to a 90mm underfoot ski, swapping out the brakes is a good idea to avoid catching them on your skis, the slope, etc... The ST Rotation 90 brake should do the trick for you (the other option is for the non-rotating toe piece iteration). Please keep in mind they come individually so you will need to order two. Happy turns!

Hi,
How much it will cost to ship ST Rotation/Radical 2.0 105 Brakes to Germany?
Hey Garrett, we have not seen the Radical RT, and not even a search of ski-antiquarian Lou Dawson's site could pull up a match! What is this binding? Feel free to reach out to help@skimo.co with a photo.

Hello and thank you for your help. Will a Radical ST 100mm brake w/ Baseplate interchange onto an ST Rotation 12 binding? I am hoping to swap out a brake size.
Hey John, the Radical ST brake will not work, so you'll need a Rotation or Radical 2 brake!

Im thinking of getting the TLT Speed 12. Any opinion on how problematic the fact that you can't go full flat footed with it in tour mode? Also, general impression of the binding. Final qeustion: do you you think the 105 break work on work on a 110 ski? Thanks, Craig
Craig, the Speed is pretty close to 0. The Speed is +3, quite close to Zero, few bindings come in at perfectly flat. So no problem. The Speed's new Turret design gives good performance in a light package. The 105mm brake should be pretty close to fit your 110mm ski, maybe have to bend out a bit.

I have the Dynafit Superlite 2.0 bindings. Is there a break compatible with those bindings and 115mm skis?
Jim, the 105mm brake is the widest Dynafit makes for the Superlight. If you want to go with that combination you would need to bend out. This brake is more compact and may be tougher to get to fit and still be an effective stopper.

If I have dynafit tlt speed 12 bindings without breaks... how difficult is it to add breaks? Would it require the entire rear binding be remounted?
Clay, they go on without removing the heel. Slide on and two screws.

Hi there,
I've got the Dynafit Vertical TNT, and it is mounted on a 110mm wide under foot ski. I'm looking for a brake, and it looks like the widest you carry is 100mm. Is that right? Or am I my not finding anything wider? Thanks!!
Mir, sorry that's it. The Verticals have been out of production for about 6 years and new parts are no longer available. If you want to add brakes you will have to bend them out.

I've a set of Dynafit TLT Vertical ST bindings that I'd like to move to another pair of skis. The new skis have a 124mm waist. What are my brake options, if any?
Steven, We have only up to 100mm. I looked through our used collection and found just one 110mm brake. The Vertical brake is unique in the Dynafit world and nothing else would be compatible.
