Racing and touring is hard on liners. Sweat builds up; articulation causes chafing. Replace your SCARPA boot liners with a fresh pair, listed below by model.

4-Pro Flex XT - The Intuition liner for the 4 Quattro XT and 4 Quattro XT Women's boots.

Alien - Updated Intuition liner that comes with the newer Alien boots (since 2019/20). Also known as the Cross Fit Tour Lite liner.

Alien 1.1 - Intuition Crossfit BT Liner for the 2nd version of the Alien 1.0 that we all refer to as the "1.1" edition here at Skimo Co. Big tongue but nothing in the back.

Pro Flex Evo - Replacement liner for your F1 boots. Also a great liner for other boots if you want a thinner Intuition liner (as compared to the Pro Tour). Women's version also available for your F1 women's boot!

Tour LT - And also Tour LT Women. These are the liners found in the SCARPA F1 LT and F1 LT Women's boots. Typical Intuition foam that also works great in other boots.

Tour LT2 - Replacement liner for the F1 XT, but also very compatible with F1 LT and F1 GT boots.

Question from Kevin

Hello,
I'm looking to replace the original liners in my Alien 0.0 (size 28) boots. Would there be any issues using the new versions, listed as "Alien"? Ideally, I would be looking to improve heel hold and not sacrifice ankle mobility. Any major changes to the fit that I should be aware of?
Thanks

Answer from Tristan M

Hi Kevin,

We do not have a direct replacement for the stock liners in your older Aliens. However, we do have a few liners that could work as good substitutes. The Cross Fit Tour Liner under our Scarpa Liners listing, or the Palau Tour Lite Pro Liners share similar characteristics to the stock liner in the older Scarpa Aliens. If you have further questions, reach out to us at help@skimo.co.

Question from Brent

Would the Pro Flex G liners work as a replacement for TLT7's? The length of the boot is correct, but the lower instep has to be tightened all the way and makes it difficult to buckle the top. I was hoping a thicker liner could take up some of the space. The boot is a 23.5 and I was thinking of getting the 23 liner.

Answer from Zak M

Hey Brent, the Pro Flex G could work alright for the TLT7 but it could be a fairly tight fit. The Palau Tour Lite Pro Evo is one of the more compatible liners we sell for the TLT7. Going with the size 23 liner would also be the right call.

Answer from jbo

Hi Brent, you don't want to overstress the instep cable on the TLT7s, I would also look at a thicker footbed and possibly some boot shims to help with that space.

Question from Anne Hamill

I have a woman's Scarpa TX Pro boot and I'm wondering what liner I need to replace it with. The liner is black and light grey on the top and says intuition on the tongue pull up strap. My foot is a size 7 and I need a 24.

Answer from Zak M

Hey Anne, the Pro Flex Evo women's liner from Scarpa could most likely work out fairly well or the Intuition Pro tour. I would get the same size liner as your boots in order to get the most accurate fit.

Question from Dhshannon

I have a pair of 19/20 Scarpa Maestrale RS in 26.5 with stock liners. I have a debilitating amount of pain/pressure on my instep. My instep measures 28.5 from one side of my heel to the other. Extensive work has been done with a good bootfitter. They have suggested trying a thinner/lighter weight liner to give more space above the instep. Could I try something like an alien liner in the maestrale?
11/18/2020
Answer from Tristan M

Hi Dhshannon,

Thanks for reaching out! I do not think a thinner liner will necessarily solve an issue of instep height for you. It could cause issues of fit in other parts of your boot, and may not be the best solution. Another option would be to fill out our Boot Fitter and we can continue to brainstorm solutions from there!

I need new liners for my Scarpa Pegasus (womens). Any suggestions on which one would work for that. I did order a intuition liner but it was to wide at the ankle and coulnd't buckle shell over.
11/11/2020
Answer from Tristan M

Hi Cecile,

Both the Pro Flex G, and the Pro Flex Performance will work as replacement liners for your Scarpa Pegasus boot. For a third party liner, the Palau Power LT liner is a good option.

Question from Simon N

I have a question on the cross fit tour liner from the Alien RS. What is the thickness of foam used and would it work in the original yellow alien 1.0? Possible concerns are around closure of the carbon cuff. I am continuing my search for a liner that will work in this boot, still give good articulation and reduce excess volume.

Also, is the cross fit tour the same liner as used in the new black alien, the one with the non-carbon cuff? Thanks in advance.
2/10/2020
Answer from TSB

Hey Simon, thanks for reaching out! The Cross Fit Tour liner would definitely be too bulky for the cuff design of the Alien 1.0, which was designed to be used with a "sock-style" liner. If you need a replacement 1.0 liner, check out the Palau Ultralight Liner in a 5mm thickness. In the new non-carbon Alien, Scarpa is using a liner of similar thickness/stiffness to the Cross Fit Tour, though it is billed as the "Intuition Light" liner instead.

Question from Tim McParlan

I've been using a scarpa f1 29.5 and cannot tighten it around the calf, ankle or instep. The boot is the correct lenght ( same as my maestralie). Does scarpa make a higher volume liner for this boot?
1/31/2020
Answer from TSB

Hey Tim, you could definitely try a Pro Flex G (stock Maestrale liner) in a size 30.0 if you were looking for that additional volume, although you'd lose some range of motion in walk mode. Otherwise you might consider a boot with a tighter heel/ankle pocket, such as Scarpa's Alien RS.

Hey Rick, we have one set of Pro Flex G (Maestrale RS) liners left in a size 30.0, which should work perfectly for you!

I have an older set of scarpa t2s. Which liner would you suggest as a replacement for the ones I have?
12/22/2019
Answer from Jeff

Benjamin, All these liners are full size and will be taller then your T2 shells. The best one is the Pro Flex Evo. You can email me at help@skimo.co for more details and pictures.

Question from Paul L

Hi, I have the 2017 (new model F1) looks like these are the replacement liners? I do see that Intuition now only sells the Pro Tour Liners? Is that the newest version of the Pro Flex...or should I stay with this liner? Thanks
12/16/2019
Answer from TSB

Hey Paul, the Pro Flex Evo liner is the current model paired with the F1. However, if you find you need more space taken up in your F1s, don't hesitate to consider the Intuition Pro Tour LV.

I have the Scarpa GEA Boot size 24.5 what liner would I purchase for that boot. Inside the boot the numbers are
245-10609-502/1
12/7/2019
Answer from Jeff

Mary Jo, you are in luck. The Pro Flex G is the replacement liner for the Gea/Maestrale and only have a few left. The 25 will work for you as the 24.5/25 are the same shell.

Question from Frenchy

Do you have any liners to fit my old Scarpa T-3 tele boot ? .....ok let me know thanks f.
12/1/2019
Answer from Jeff

Frenchy, all the liners we stock are for standard boot height. I just put a Pro Flex Evo in a T2 boot and it was about 3" above the shell in the back. Guessing on a T3 it would be about 5".

Question from tom

Would my liner from my freedom SL's work in the F1?
11/1/2019
Answer from Jeff

Tom, probably not so well. The liners in your Freedom boots would be thicker then the F1. So if you could get them in, the fit would probably be Tight. They would also most likely reduce the range of motion. Teh Pro Flex Evo here are the exact replacement.

Question from Robert

I have a pair of T Race 29.5. What liner would you recommend?
10/16/2019
Answer from Jeff

Robert, the Pro Flex Evo 29.5 would be the best from here. That is the liner for the Maestrale. Or you can go with the Intutition Tour Pro. It would be beefier in the cuff, maybe thicker under foot and you can choose between Medium and Low volume.

I'm looking for a replacement liner for the Scarpa Freedom RS boot, but I'm having trouble finding Scarpa Crossfit Speed Ride Liner in a 27.0. Any help?
8/24/2019
Answer from Jeff

Hi John! Sorry, we do not carry that one. Have you tried Scarpa directly? The Pro Flex G or Intuition Pro Tour may also work. But size 27 will probably be hard to find now.

I am trying to figure out what size boot liner I have so I know what to order as a replacement. I have the Scarpa intuition 275 - 10601 / 1. Can you tell me what size that equates to?
4/27/2019
Answer from Jeff

Dutch, the 275 is the size, a 27.5. The liners are are each for a specific model, but can be used in different ones. If you can't find the one you need, please contact us at help@skimo.co for assistance finding another liner to fit your boot.

I have a pair of Scarpa Alien RS size 30 boots. Seeing as how Scarpa doesn't seem to be offering a replacement stock liner yet, how would the Alien liner you sell compare in size 30?
11/12/2018
Answer from Trace Leches

Hey Troy! The Palau Tour Lite Performance is probably your best bet for a similar liner at this point.
